About Lee
Lee has been a fully qualified professional for over ten years, taking up the post of Head professional at Normanby Hall Golf Club in November 2016. Lee combines his time between running the retail side of the business with looking after the members and guests of the golf club.

Having played to a high standard as an amateur representing club and county as well as playing many national tournaments, he still likes to get out and play in local professional competitions when time allows. Lee broke the course record at his home club on two separate occasions as a junior golfer and is renowned for his short game and putting skills.
Lee has been selected to represent the PGA working as a coach in the R&A Swing Zone at the Open championship on three occasions. This saw Lee work at Royal Liverpool in 2014, St Andrews in 2015 and Royal Troon in 2016. Lee states the biggest challenge of working in the Swing zone is the diversity of the people coming for coaching, ranging from scratch international players to a person who is having their first experience of golf. Being able to adapt coaching style has become one of Lee’s strongest assets.
